These days it seems there might be 101,000 different ways to go about solving a problem, and truth be told, many of those ways could be extraordinarily effective. What we have learned over the years is that wellness is as unique as the human striving for it. It’s not as much about what you do, as it is about how you feel when you do it.

Being well means tuning into your present moment, understanding what you need, what you don’t need, the barriers between you and accomplishing your goals, and realistic means for taking steps along the path that help you find balance and peace.

With wellness counseling, you get to come as you are and enter into a safe space to say what you need without judgment or condemnation, bring to light what has been kept buried in the depths of your soul, and try on some different ways of thinking about yourself, others, your circumstances, and next steps. Our process is a journey. It involves feeling deeply connected and understood, embraced and accepted, while also gaining insight, generating new ideas, and taking on challenges.
