I believe people are continually striving to fulfill their greatest potential. Each person has the desire and ability for growth and change. I work with individuals from age 3 to 99. Client-centered and trauma-based, I use different modalities to help people reach their goals, based on their individual needs and abilities. I want to give individuals the tools to function on their own until they no longer feel the need for therapy.

Kari has counseled people with anxiety, depression, bipolar I, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective, OCD, and PTSD. She works with individuals, couples, and families.
